Mould design and manufacturing

The mould design and manufacturing function represents an important service offered to the customer, in that it allows identifying the specific equipment depending on specific demands (especially shearing/deep-drawing and bending/calendering departments).

After sharing the 2d or 3d design using the Goelan software, our technicians manufacture the moulds and equipment dedicated to the customer, using the turning and milling technologies part of our array of machines:

– processing centre (useful processing dimensions 1000 x 500 x 700)
– CNC milling machine (useful processing dimensions 2000 x 700 x 800)
– wire electrical discharging machine (with useful processing dimensions 700x400x350)
– grinding machine (with useful processing dimensions 1000×400)
– parallel turning machine (maximum turnable dimension D 350 and bench L.2000)
