Our bending and calendering machines, obviously completing the processed products coming from the laser cutting department, obviously allow a considerable machining flexibility with the aim of obtaining custom-made products.
Our bending and calendering machines include:
– CNC bending machines, from 25 up to 100 t of power, with 4 and 6 axes, with bending angle and variable machinable dimensions of the metal sheets from 1.2 up to 3.1 m of width and 2 up to 8 mm of the thickness (thicknesses and dimensions variable as a function of the machine and the type of metal);
– calendering machines that bend sheets up to 1 metre of length and up to 2mm of thickness.
The materials that can be bent and calendered by the machines include steel, brass, copper and aluminium.
