The important technological and digital investment 4.0 implemented by the company continues the digitalization project started some years ago, with the aim of increasing the company’s production capacity and making production more efficient, reducing specific energy consumption and waste, and consequently reduce the industrial costs of production; it also has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of the production cycle, thanks to better management of the production department.
Specifically, a new 4.0 punching and laser cutting machine and a 4.0 powder coating system have been installed, duly integrating the 4.0 machines management softwares with the new 4.0 company IT system, in order to avoid errors, misunderstandings and everything that can occur in the passage of information.
